Welcome to Wakan Tanka Film
The inspiration for Wakan Tanka is our elders - those who have witnessed the passing of time and human impact on our planet.
Elders yearn to bridge the gap between the past and the present, to make yough today aware that our planet is capable of endlessly giving - if we learn to look after it.
Many elders have experienced a pristine planet with abundant biodiversity that the youth of today can only dream of. Wakan Tanka will provide a forum for elders and youth to learn from one another and build a stronger, more sustainable future for many generations to come. Now is the time to recongnize the negative impacts of our consumer driven culture and change it before it is too late.
